Live performance by the two allies at a Dutch radio station during Warren Givon's re-desert tour in 1976, accompanied by Jackson Browne! This is a true friendship performance. Warren Givon made his debut in 1969, but spent much of the following years as a session and backing musician. However, he made his debut again in 1976, produced by Jackson Browne, a close friend of Warren Givon. Jackson Browne, on the other hand, debuted in 1972 and steadily expanded his popularity, with his third album, "Late For The Sky," a hit in 1974. The Pretender" (1976), a bigger hit than the previous album, had just been released the previous month. The two toured together in Europe for 10 shows in October, then Jackson Browne's solo show in November, and from December 1, 1976, the two performed in Europe for the first time. On December 1, the two began a tour of Europe.Looking at the set list at this time, I got the impression that Jackson wanted to spread the word about his ally's presence, and even though his own new album had just been released, he went around supporting Warren without doing any of his own songs, giving the impression of a very warm friendship. Warren performed "Frank and Jesse James," a classic from his re-released debut album "Warren Zevon," and the famous "Mohammed's Radio. Werewolves Of London" from Warren's 1977 album "Excitable Boy", which Jackson also featured on his own live show, can be heard here. The 17th bonus track, "Werewolves Of London," was recorded live in Holland on the 9th, also in Holland, with David Lindley as a guest.
